Signature Preview
Instructions to Add the Signature for PC users
- Fill out the PERSONALISE section on the right and click the CONTINUE button
- Highlight and Copy (Ctrl+C) the signature as shown above
- Open Outlook
- Create a new email message
- On the Message tab, click Signature, then Signatures
- Click New and type in the signature name
- Paste (Ctrl+V) the signature above into the Edit signature window
- If desired, under Choose default signature, set as the default for New messages or Replies/forwards
Instructions to Add the Signature for Mac users
- Fill out the PERSONALISE section on the right and click the CONTINUE button
- Open Outlook
- Compose a new email message
- On the Message Tab, click Signature, then Edit Signatures…
- Click + (a new signature is added with the name Untitled) and an edit window appears
- Double click Untitled and type in the signature name
- Select any text from the Signature edit window and delete it
- Highlight and drag the signature into the Signature edit window (Note: Using copy/paste may cause the formatting to change)
- Click the save icon at the top of the edit window
- If desired, under Choose default signature, set as the default for New messages or Replies/forwards
